Jarvis, the Southern Spoon food truck
The food truck

Jarvis is not a backyard food truck.

Thirty feet long, close to ten tons, with a full kitchen inside. He travels anywhere in Middle Tennessee and cooks the whole menu on site.

What the minimum buys

A real kitchen that drives to you

Jarvis is the newest thing in the family and the reason we can cater a field, a driveway or a barn without renting a kitchen first. Everything comes off the truck hot.

The $2,000 minimum generally covers 50 to 60 people. Above that it is priced on the menu, the same way a catered event is.
