How it usually goes

You tell us: The date, the headcount, the room, and any allergies in it.
We quote: A real number with the menu attached, usually the same day.
We show up: Set up, served, cleared. You go back to the meeting.
Standing orders: If it is every month, we keep your menu on file and you confirm by reply.
